- Review and analysis of the closing of accounts for the countries in the Southern Europe zone, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Key contact for Group FP&A team, providing support and guidance on financial matters.
- Key contact for the Southern Europe accounting team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Pre-closing analysis and feedback to the Southern Europe accounting teams, identifying areas for improvement.
- Feedback to country managers for the zone and the Group, providing insights and recommendations.
- Proposals to improve the planning and reporting tool with the Group FP&A teams, enhancing the user experience.
- Power BI key user, leveraging the platform to create interactive and informative dashboards.
- Degree in Business Administration or Engineering with 3 to 5 years professional experience in FP&A, with a strong background in financial analysis and planning.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and familiar with other IT tools, such as D365, Anaplan, and Power BI.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Rigorous, responsive, and able to meet deadlines and commitments, with a strong attention to detail.
- Rigor, autonomy, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, initiative, and recommendations.
- Permanent contract, 40 hours per week.
- Fixed salary + variable.
