Job Title: Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Qima. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the monthly management reporting process, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating in-depth sales and KPI reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the monthly group management reporting process, including financial results review with local finance teams and presentation to the Finance Director.
  • Define KPIs and financial reporting requirements for each level of management, including officers and local budget owners.
  • Prepare monthly flash sales and KPI reports with commentary for management.
  • Perform variance analysis per business unit/department and lead discussions with budget owners about financial results.
  • Provide strategic views to ensure profitability of the business through business partnering with key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Implement management reporting policies and processes, automate financial KPI dashboards in Tableau, and lead/manage annual budget and forecast processes.
  • Drive process improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience in finance/accounting roles in an international environment.
  • Rich experience in financial planning and analysis is key; experience in M&A and integration post-acquisitions is a plus.
  • Track record of using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent FP&A software.
  • Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
