Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Strategic Sourcing Manager IT and Digital to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective sourcing strategies for IT and Digital categories, managing supplier performance, and defining the Global Category Strategy to ensure cost savings and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for IT and Digital categories, focusing on digital solutions, software, consultants, and SAAS.
  • Manage supplier performance, ensuring continuous total cost control and performance improvement.
  • Define and execute the Global Category Strategy, prioritizing cost savings while maintaining quality.
  • Build and maintain a global supplier base, including contracting, negotiations, relationship building, risk management, and supplier performance.
  • Secure Global KPIs performance and Procurement Policy implementation.
  • Provide continuous support to IT teams, increasing compliance.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with suppliers to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply.
  • Operate as the leader for all issues with suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery service, costs, and alignment with internal partners.
