About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Ecolab. This is a key position that will drive strong business growth with high closure ratios and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Active role in the discovery phase, attending sales calls and raising TWM specific Core Business questions to customers.
  • Manage opportunities qualification process and make recommendations for the qualification committee.
  • Provide support to CAMs and coordinate Ecolab/Nalco teams in the selling phase, acting as a gatekeeper between internal and external resources.
  • Prepare commercial proposals for review by project teams prior to sending to customers.
  • 100% compliance to processes in place and obtaining approvals from finance and divisional leadership.
  • Support Sales & MO team representatives in the follow-up of existing contracts on a commercial point of view.
  • Manage commercial & technical balances after the first year of Contract operation.

Requirements

  • Requires at least a bachelor's degree in water processing or a related field.
  • A strong sales-driven mindset, good understanding of sales processes, and business experience on mid-to-big-size projects.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
