Compensation Strategist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Compensation Strategist to join Alight Inc. in Europe or APAC.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience, with additional benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan matching, and generous paid time off.

As a key member of the Alight team, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing commercial compensation plans that drive business growth and employee engagement. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining commission plans and quota distribution models
• Calculating and reporting monthly and quarterly commission earnings and attainment
• Designing and administering annual commercial commission plans
• Managing exceptions and performing regular audits to ensure data integrity

To succeed in this challenging role, you will require:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in commercial compensation, accounting, or finance
• Strong analytical skills, with experience working with large datasets
• Proficiency in SalesForce.com and/or other enterprise-grade CRM systems
