Product Strategist

Salary: As a Product Strategist at SD Worx, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from €60,000 to €80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes a fixed monthly transport allowance, no deductions for company transport usage, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Job Description: In this role, you will be part of the Squad responsible for delivering a product that meets customer needs and achieves business objectives. Your key responsibilities include defining and prioritizing requirements in the Squad Backlog, synchronizing technical product vision with stakeholders, and continually validating product vision with stakeholders. You will also monitor business results and technical health/stability, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resource constraints.

Key Result Areas: To excel in this position, you must demonstrate strong technical skills, particularly in infrastructure (server, network), and possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with multiple business areas. You should also have a solid understanding of high-quality digital product delivery and be able to explain customers' and stakeholders' requirements to the squad. Additionally, you will support the autonomous way of working within the squad.
