Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain and Operations Manager to join our team at Sin nombre. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial processes and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. As Industrial Coordinator, you will be responsible for securing industrialization or transfer activities impacting suppliers, to be deployed in supplier sites.
  2. You will provide support to ensure that all contractual Quality and Supply Chain requirements are correctly followed by the supplier.
  3. Conduct risk/mitigation analysis, monitor industrial maturity progress, deliveries, and quality during the industrialization/transfer process.
  4. Ensure/support supplier qualifications and concessions flow.
  5. Deploy APQP.
  6. Assure quality standards: FMEA, CP, MSA, LAI/FAI, and FPQ.

Requirements

  1. Degree in engineering.
  2. A minimum of 4-5 years in Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and/or Supply Chain Management within an international environment.
  3. Fluency in written and spoken English (Essential).
  4. Fluency in written and spoken French (valuable).
  5. Project Management experience (valuable).
  6. Organized and able to meet deadlines.
  7. Motivated and proactive.
