Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our global supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our complex international supply chains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Supply Chain Strategies: Define and implement supply chain and operating models for various businesses, ensuring alignment with Amazon's global business objectives.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across supply chains and multiple operations.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Support Project Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning and organization of complex projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
A Day in the Life:
As a Supply Chain Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for navigating complex challenges and driving business growth. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues, analyze data, and implement process improvements. This role requires a proactive and reactive approach, with a focus on driving Amazon's global supply chain forward.
About the Team:
Our Amazon Groceries Logistics (AGL) team is a dynamic and entrepreneurial group that works behind the scenes to support new areas of the business. We are responsible for developing new capabilities within Amazon, taking concepts from idea to mature operations that operate as standalone businesses. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Requirements:
- Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
- Experience: Relevant experience in analyzing data and creating reports for leadership, communicating with stakeholders, and managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
