Key Responsibilities- Demand Planning: Develop and implement demand planning strategies to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking, while ensuring optimal product availability.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and reduce delivery times, resulting in cost savings and improved customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to ensure seamless execution of logistics projects and initiatives.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve logistics-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics in a multinational environment.
- Language Skills: Advanced English language skills, with Spanish language skills an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP S4/Hana and SAP IBP.
