Key Responsibilities:- Design and realization of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits using advanced SiGe BiCMOS or CMOS processes.
- Co-design of EM passive structures together with active circuits for compact, low-power, high-performance mmW transceivers.
- Development of new self-healing techniques to make robust designs against process variations, aging, etc. critical at mmW frequencies.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
- Strong background in analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Cadence, Mentor Graphics, electromagnetic simulators, parasitic extraction and verification tools.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Good team player with effective communication skills.
- Fully funded PhD position.
- Market appropriate salary.
