Job Title: Compensation & Benefit Specialist Europe B114

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefit Specialist to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the monthly payroll process, implementing global HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with country-specific legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the monthly payroll process for all European entities
  • Implement European-wide global HR initiatives
  • Prepare employment contracts and amendments in compliance with country-specific legislation
  • Manage onboarding and introduction process for new starters
  • Ensure internal documents and policies are up to date
  • Support HR Administration when needed
  • Support absence tracking/time registration system
  • Manage monthly HR budget
  • Manage Ad-hoc HR Projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant field
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment
  • Solid experience in payroll and internal staffing
  • Experience with German and/or European labour regulations and social security
  • Service-oriented and proactive
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and toward tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate and precise with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

Language Skills:

Excellent English and German language skills spoken and written; Spanish or any other European language is a plus.
