Job Description

Manning Global Ag is seeking a skilled IT Service Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level storage systems. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of storage technologies and experience in implementing data backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy enterprise-level storage systems (SAN, NAS, etc.)
  • Implement data backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions to protect critical business data
  • Collaborate with end users to integrate storage solutions with servers, databases, and other IT systems
  • Develop and maintain storage policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in storage engineering or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of storage technologies (e.g., RAID, SAN, NAS)
  • Familiarity with mainstream IT products, such as storage, database, virtualization, server, and operating system products
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery software and processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with end users
  • IT project delivery or maintenance experience or PMP certificate is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and Spanish
