Job Title: QA Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos Limited. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing, testing, and deploying effective tests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute manual and automated tests to ensure our products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners to determine the scope of testing on projects
  • Perform quality assurance automation planning, application testing, and developing scripts using established automated testing tools
  • Raise issues with the development teams when the platforms do not behave as expected
  • Communicate test progress, results, and issues impacting deliverables to project stakeholders
  • Engage with internal and external teams to identify, facilitate, and resolve dependencies and workarounds

Requirements:

  • Spanish and English fluency is required
  • Prior experience managing and mentoring a team is required
  • Demonstrable experience designing, testing, and deploying effective tests, both manual and automated
  • Automation tools such as Selenium
  • Experience in defect management tool JIRA or any other defect management tool
  • Experience in Agile development (Scrum)
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and create testing documentation
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
