Job Title: QA Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA professional to join our team at Nestlé Operational Services Worldwide as a QA Tech Lead. As a QA Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of Magento (Adobe Commerce) releases for Nescafé Dolce Gusto in multiple countries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy for Ecommerce delivery, aligned with industry best practices and standards.
  • Define and enforce QA processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure consistent and efficient testing across releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals and metrics for the Ecommerce platform.
  • Conduct thorough functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the stability and functionality of the platform.
  • Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and work towards increasing test coverage and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the development team and agency to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Track and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
  • Provide detailed defect reports and analysis to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues and trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a QA professional, in an Ecommerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Magento (Adobe Commerce) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
