Job Summary

Chanel, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Host to join our team. As a Client Experience Host, you will be the main point of contact for our clients on the shop floor and will support the retail teams with seamless hospitality in boutique.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and host clients, providing personalized service and creating a luxurious experience.
  • Anticipate client needs and elevate service levels to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Work closely with the FAs to execute successful appointments and provide exceptional client service.
  • Provide soft concierge duties, including arranging transportation and local hospitality reservations.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of boutique policies, procedures, and client services.

Requirements

  • Exceptional client service skills and experience working in a luxury environment or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Proactivity, organizational skills, and intercultural sensitivity.
  • High English and Spanish level.
