At Schneider Electric, we are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic Schneider Digital – HR Technology team as an Expert Data Integrator. This role is part of the Core HCM solutions team, responsible for overseeing the effective utilization and continuous improvement of the Core HCM platform in the area of Workforce Administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Accountable for proper data ingestion and management of data in the core Human Capital Management Platform.
- Responsible for the development of data integration standards according to industry best practices.
- Design, implement, monitor, and maintain effective integration methods (API, Event Driven Architecture, CDS Change Data Capture, Data Virtualization, and more) of data between various data sources, data lakes, and applications.
- Establish data quality checkpoints for monitoring ingestion of data flows and validation of status.
- Exposure to data privacy and security protocols to ensure system and data integration.
- End-to-end Data processes understanding.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of previous experience in data integration projects.
- Working experience and mastery on some ETL tool, like SnapLogic, Informatica Cloud, or similar.
- Working experience and deep understanding on solutions using APIs and microservices architectures.
- Working experience and clear understanding on AWS Cloud Services, like Lambda, Glue, RDS, API Gateway, and others.
- Working knowledge of various databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres, and similar) and proficiency in using SQL.
- NOSql databases (DocumentDBs, GraphDBs, and similar) knowledge.
- Working experience with these technologies would be an added value for the candidate.
- Clear understanding and working experience on CI/CD and DevSecOps.
- Proven experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements and technical solutions.
- Experience in the use of conceptual and logical data modelling technologies.
- Experience in delivering data architectures for master, reference, and transactional data.
