Data Integration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Expert to join our dynamic team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our Core HCM solutions team, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective utilization and continuous improvement of the Core HCM platform in the area of Workforce Administration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, architecture, and stewardship, with a deep understanding of data integration standards and best practices. You will be responsible for managing and proficiently handling data in the core Human Capital Management Platform, ensuring data quality, performance, availability, and reliability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Complete end-to-end ownership of managing technology platforms with a data-first mindset.
- Deep involvement in working with agile mode and cross collaboration between different teams and stakeholders.
- Technology solutioning and enhancing the platform with a vision to leverage AI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of previous experience in data integration projects.
- Working experience and mastery of ETL tools, like SnapLogic, Informatica Cloud, or similar.
- Working experience and deep understanding of solutions using APIs and microservices architectures.
- Working experience and clear understanding of AWS Cloud Services, like Lambda, Glue, RDS, API Gateway, and others.
