About the Role
We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic Schneider Digital – HR Technology team as an Expert Data Integrator. Within this team, you will be part of the Core HCM solutions team to oversee the effective utilization and continuous improvement of the Core HCM platform in the area of Workforce Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Proper data ingestion and management in the core Human Capital Management Platform.
- Deep involvement in working with agile mode and cross collaboration between different teams and stakeholders.
- Technology solutioning and enhancing platform with a vision to leverage AI.
- Proficient in documenting data structure and data objects of source systems.
- Experience in developing data integration standards according to industry best practices.
- Experience in designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining effective integration methods of data between various data sources, data lakes, and applications.
- Exposure to data privacy and security protocols to ensure system and data integration.
- Exposure to end-to-end data processes.
- Ability to communicate data mapping procedures and rules to non-technical partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of previous experience in data integration projects.
- Working experience and mastery of some ETL tools, like SnapLogic, Informatica Cloud, or similar.
- Working experience and deep understanding of solutions using APIs and microservices architectures.
- Working experience and clear understanding of AWS Cloud Services, like Lambda, Glue, RDS, API Gateway, and others.
- Working knowledge of various databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres, and similar) and proficiency in using SQL.
