About the Role:
The Business Development Executive is a sales role responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across EMEA. Based in our Barcelona Center of Excellence, this role focuses on mid-sized client accounts with $50 million - $750 million in annual revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with C-level executives to understand their mission-critical priorities and demonstrate how our research and expert advice can support their goals.
- Own the sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, and transition new accounts to the account management team within one month of closing the deal.
- Develop a strong pipeline of potential deals through consistent activity and collaboration with peers and mentors.
- Meet annual quota in contract value achieved through net new sales with prospects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- 2-5 years of consultative and solution-based selling experience with a proven track record of quota-carrying success.
- Fluency in English; another European language (Spanish, French, German, Italian) is beneficial.
- Competitive nature with a collaborative mindset and a passion for learning.
