Guest Relations Internship in Phuket, Thailand

RMC Asia is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Intern at a 5-Star Resort by Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Phuket, Thailand.

Program Overview

This internship is part of RMC Asia's Cultural Exchange Programs, offering a unique opportunity to gain experience working in an international-scale hotel while exploring dynamic possibilities in Thailand.

Responsibilities

  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Attend to special guests and answer their inquiries with a pleasant personality
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and venues to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Record information in the logbook daily to ensure compliance with health and quality standards
