Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails, handle internal and external communication.
  • Support event planning and organization, including coordinating with vendors.
  • Conduct research and assist with various projects and tasks.
  • Interact with guests and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain databases, prepare reports, and manage office supplies.
