About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IP Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Legal Services IP team at PUIG. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing files related to our core business, including IP risks assessments, management, and litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. IP Risks Assessments and Management: Conduct thorough assessments of IP risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the protection of our IP rights and interests.
  2. Contractual and Conflictual File Management: Manage contractual, conflictual, and assessment files, including advertising regulations, IP aspects of other areas, and IP litigation.
  3. IP Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of IP portfolios, either by handling specific portfolios and/or related transversal projects.
  4. Project Support: Assist the IP Legal Director in specific projects or transactions, providing expert advice and guidance.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in transactional IP, preferably in a law firm. Experience as an IP in-house counsel will be a plus.
  2. Education: Law degree. Specific subsequent education in IP will be a plus.
  3. Languages: Proficiency in both Spanish and English is a must. Fluency in French will be a plus.
  4. Competencies: Flexible, good team-worker, rigorous but resolutive, business-oriented, with initiative. International background.
  5. Specific Knowledge: Required knowledge/experience in carrying out the type of tasks described above.
