Job Description
The PRM Platform Developer will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform within Dynatrace. This role will ensure service delivery and required Partner business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the PRM platform, ensuring it meets the Partner program requirements and is fit for purpose.
- Collaborate with the PRM provider and internal teams to guarantee correct usage of the platform and alignment with Dynatrace processes.
- Administer the platform, including user setup and maintenance, workflow automation, and content management.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to enhance the platform's features and functionality.
- Define and establish reporting on site usage and business activity.
- Document processes and maximize the adoption of PRM module capabilities.
- Provide user education and promote core processes and capabilities of the platform.
Requirements
- IT background with experience in front-end development and web programming languages.
- Business analysis skills to organize and execute projects that align with business workflow.
- Capacity to understand end-user problems and implement processes that simplify information management and collaboration.
- CRM skills, with Salesforce experience preferred.
- Visual design skills and creative thinking.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- English language proficiency (written and spoken).
