About the Role

This is a position with global grade 17. This position reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process.
  2. Offer technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications.
  3. Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
  4. Develop and maintain new sales opportunities and resolve specific customer problems; and ensure achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  5. Ensure the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.
Requirements
  1. University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing and Sales, or a related field. An MBA or advanced studies are an advantage.
  2. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  3. Strong writing, organizational and time management skills.
  4. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), advanced user of MS Excel, and good knowledge of Microsoft Office in general. User-level knowledge of AI is a plus.
  5. Languages: Proficient written and spoken communication skills in English. C2 strongly preferred. Fluency in another language would be an asset.
