Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Compliance Coordinator to join our Downstream Operations & Compliance Division (DSOE&CD). The successful candidate will assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining safety and environmental measures to ensure compliance with corporate and local HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing safety and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with HSE standards.
  • Analyze data and reports to inform decision-making and improve HSE performance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees on HSE best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety engineering, industrial hygiene, or environmental science from a recognized program.
  • A minimum of 8 years of related experience in the oil/gas or petrochemical industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
