LHR Americas is a global recruitment agency that connects talented individuals with top companies in the energy sector. Our client, a leading producer of hydrocarbons, is seeking a highly skilled Field Compliance Coordinator to join their Downstream OE & Compliance Division.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining safety and environmental measures to ensure compliance with corporate and local department HSE requirements. This role requires strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance with applicable industry, governmental, and/or international standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Provide training and guidance on HSE best practices.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety engineering, industrial hygiene, or environmental science from a recognized program.
  • Minimum 8 years of related safety/operational experience in the oil/gas or petrochemical industry.
  • Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance with applicable industry, governmental, and/or international standards.
