Key Responsibilities:


  • Align business growth targets with key accounts and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Be the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their requirements, pipeline, and developing and growing the account.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to sales operations and define metrics for measuring success.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a CRM system to support sales activities within clinical trials sourcing.
  • Utilize CRM data to generate insights on customer behavior, market trends, pipeline analysis, revenue forecasting, and other key sales metrics.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes within clinical trials sourcing, including lead generation, lead qualification, opportunity management, proposal development, contract negotiation, and order processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales processes and overall commercial activities.
  • Develop regular reporting mechanisms to track performance against sales targets, KPIs within clinical trials sourcing projects.
  • Provide insights on performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between operations activities and overall commercial efforts within clinical trials sourcing projects.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand project needs and timelines and align resources accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales operations function and propose changes aimed at optimizing efficiency and effectiveness through automation and digitization.
  • Work closely with the Sales team during contract negotiation and execution by providing support in gathering necessary information and documentation related to pricing agreements, terms, and conditions specific to clinical trials sourcing contracts.
  • Work closely with the QA team to investigate any customer complaints or deviations related to sourced pharmaceutical drugs for clinical trials.
  • Provide necessary information, documentation, and support to assist in determining root causes, implementing corrective actions, and preventing future occurrences.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations processes and best practices.
  • Good exposure to client engagement and commercial focus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
