About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Site Contract Specialist to join our Clinical Operations team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in preparing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with local and company processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and finalize agreements with study sites in accordance with established processes.
  • Negotiate contractual terms and conditions within approved parameters, ensuring compliance with company and client considerations.
  • Identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks, escalating to appropriate levels of the organization as needed.
  • Provide recommendations and alternative resolutions to Investigator Contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure site startup activities align with contractual activities and timelines.
