The RoleThis role plays a pivotal part in managing HR operations and enhancing employee engagement strategies. You will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting our organizational goals.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including offer letters, background checks, orientation, and training.
- Ensure accurate HR data management and HRIS administration to support organizational needs.
- Administer employee benefit programs, communicate benefits packages, and address employee inquiries.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, data analysis, and action plan development.
- Support performance management processes by providing data analysis and guidance to stakeholders.
- Assist in talent development efforts by advising on career development opportunities and maintaining the talent pool.
What we need to see from you:
- Career Break: You must have taken a career break of at least 3 years (e.g., for family commitments, personal reasons, sabbatical, etc.) and are now looking to return to the workforce.
- Professional Background: Minimum 3 years of previous experience and expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, or related roles.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn new concepts, technologies, and tools.
- Self-Motivation: Proactive and driven to succeed.
- Display a strong work ethic, resilience, and a growth mindset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present ideas clearly.
- Skills: Proficiency in HRIS management and data analysis. Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws. Experience with benefits administration and payroll processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
