Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the growth of new projects in our Logistics and Production areas. Risk Management

Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Continuous Improvement

Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities.

Scalable Improvements

Create and implement scalable improvements for profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

KPI Optimization

Focus on enhancing key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimizing results.

Strategic Support

Support the Head of Production and Head of Logistics on strategic global key initiatives and analysis.

Requirements

  1. Education

Degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.

Analytical Skills

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.

Work Ethics

Strong work ethics, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities and time-sensitive deadlines, while working in an autonomous way.

Leadership Experience

Experience in leading and implementing new projects across different areas of responsibility.

Industry Experience

At least 4 years of experience working in Strategic Business Development Projects, Startups, Fast Scale companies, or Strategy Consulting.

Language Skills

English C1 or above.
