About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Expert Services team as an Intern. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support in our efforts to deliver expert analysis and testimony in complex court cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Provide accounting, financial, economic, or quantitative advice to help progress cases.
  • Industry Research: Conduct research to gain an understanding of the drivers that affect value and creditworthiness of the involved parties.
  • Damages Claims: Assist in the development and/or evaluation of damages claims and calculations.
  • Data Analysis: Organize and analyze large data sets to provide meaningful conclusions.
  • Financial Modeling: Work with financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, or market transaction.
  • Data Gathering: Independently gather data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction and client site visits.
  • Proposal Development: Assist with the development of proposals, presentations, and publications communicated to current and prospective clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Pursuing a double degree in Business Administration and Law, or a related field.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks in a collaborative team environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented thinker with quick evaluation skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken). Other languages would be an advantage.
