Job Description
You will support our team as an FHCS E-Commerce Regional Demand Planner.
In this role, you will develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for Amazon PAN-EU business. You will utilize statistical modeling, demand software (SAP IBP), and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to refine forecasts. Additionally, you will perform data analysis and reporting for E-Commerce EU players, ensuring optimal inventory levels by managing stock levels and reordering strategies together with Central Supply Planning. This includes minimizing stockouts, overstocks, and obsolete inventory through effective planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for Amazon PAN-EU business
- Utilize statistical modeling, demand software (SAP IBP), and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to refine forecasts
- Perform data analysis and reporting for E-Commerce EU players
- Ensure optimal inventory levels by managing stock levels and reordering strategies together with Central Supply Planning
- Minimize stockouts, overstocks, and obsolete inventory through effective planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable
- 2-3 years' experience in demand planning or analytical roles
- Experience in supply chain planning and delivery processes ideally in context of e-commerce
- Strong customer-oriented approach, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep user knowledge in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Ideally Tableau or PowerBI experience
- Team player with strong communication and influencing skills enjoying to work in an international and intercultural environment and a Matrix-organization
- Very good English skills
