The Role
We are seeking a strategic marketing leader to drive demand generation and elevate local brand visibility as our Regional Field Marketing Director. You will spearhead field marketing initiatives across your region, developing tailored marketing plans aligned with the overall regional strategy. Your team will execute tactical plans effectively to drive growth and meet country targets.

What You Will Do
- Drive the development and execution of region-specific marketing strategies that fuel demand generation and enhance local brand visibility.
- Collaborate with HQ-based teams to leverage expertise and drive impactful local outcomes.
- Track and forecast regional marketing activity performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Align sales and marketing efforts to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
- Mentor and develop your field marketing team to deliver on country plans.

About You

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are results-driven. A salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum reflects your expected compensation package.
