Job Title: Organisational Change Management Architect

The Adoption, Change and Service Management practice at Microsoft is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management Architect to lead strategic change initiatives in large public and private sector organisations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Change Leadership and consulting, with a proven track record of managing and governing complex organisational change projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive business transformation and modernisation.
  • Design and deploy change solutions that engage stakeholders and promote cultural transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business and technology gaps.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in organisational change management methodologies and approaches.
  • Engage with senior-level decision makers to build influence and drive change initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organisational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
  • Proven track record of managing complex organisational change projects or portfolios.
  • Experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams with a focus on organisational change.
