Job Title:

Project Manager - Biomedical Research

Job Summary:

VHIR is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support the management of institutional competitive calls, primarily focused on talent attraction and retention. The successful candidate will work closely with the Internal Evaluation Committee and other units within the HR Area to ensure the effective implementation of research projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of institutional competitive calls, including writing rules of participation, dissemination, and planning of the internal calendar.
  • Elaboration of internal selection criteria for external calls when required.
  • Coordination of the Internal Evaluation Committee during prioritization processes of external competitive calls.
  • Coordination of interview phases of different institutional calls.
  • Feedback meetings with researchers.
  • Elaboration of reports to improve internal processes related to the management of calls.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Science or a related field.
  • Knowledge of competitive research funding opportunities in the healthcare ecosystem.
  • High level of Spanish and English, spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
What We Offer:
  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
  • Immediate starting date.
  • Gross annual salary: 26,000 - 30,000 euros (dependent on experience and skills).
  • Permanent contract.
