About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team at Sqli. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital platforms, ensuring that our customers have an intuitive and seamless interaction with our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Developers, to design and deliver user-centered solutions that meet business objectives.
- Conduct research to identify new product improvement opportunities and analyze how new products satisfy market needs and consumer preferences.
- Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and desktop devices, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the design team to create, maintain, and scale our Design System, ensuring scalability and enhancements in our digital platforms.
- Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes, and present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in the different phases of the digital design process, with a strong understanding of design objectives and eCommerce principles.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and improving design systems, with a strong understanding of design systems and their role in ensuring scalability and enhancements in digital platforms.
- 4 years of experience in Figma, with a partner-level understanding of the tool and its capabilities.
- Experience in agile environments, including Scrum Squads, and UX Lean understanding.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a dynamic and creative personality, and strong communication skills to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences.
- Passion for design, with a strong understanding of design principles and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with any other European language being a plus.
