About the Role

The Straumann Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Orthodontic Business Unit in Iberia. As the Iberia Head of Orthodontic Business Unit, you will be responsible for expanding the Orthodontic Business across Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales, marketing, and clinical teams to execute the Ortho GTM strategy, focusing on new customer acquisition and growing utilization of customers through coordinated sales, marketing, and education efforts.
  • Develop and drive an integrated sales, marketing, and education plan to deliver superior customer experience through the customer journey.
  • Implement local marketing and clinical education tactics to enable the GTM (acquisition and growth of customers) and to launch new products or services.
  • Attend major professional meetings to interface with customers and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA clinical marketing team to develop local courses, events, and services.
  • Contribute to the budget process to develop P&L budget.
  • Define, identify, and analyze major market trends.
  • Develop a high potential team, manage the Orthodontic organization blueprint, and expand the team.
  • Establish a culture of high performance.
  • Work closely with the Iberia leadership team and liaise with EMEA ortho and global ClearCorrect.

Requirements

  • Experience in the aligner business is a must.
  • 5+ year success in achieving sales/profit targets as a Sales Manager.
  • Highly analytical, especially in financial analysis.
  • Good written and spoken English.
