Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage large amounts of data to drive actions in coordination with multiple teams.
  • Execute projects/initiatives which improve our customers' experience by ensuring timely delivery.
  • Drive root cause analysis and provide actionable insights in order to keep improving our day-to-day operations.
About the Team

Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) looks after heavy items like furniture and large home appliances. Our team manages the entire service, from supply chain fulfilment to delivery and returns. We deliver large items, unpack, assemble and install them, and take away old items where needed.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in an analytical tasks or projects, working with data.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
