Logistics Coordinator

Join Ecolab in our pursuit of a Logistics Coordinator to oversee the strategic management of our Iberia Local Logistics Team. Key responsibilities include managing warehouse processes, transportation, and SAP master data management.
Accountabilities
- To coordinate with 3PLs to establish operational procedures.
- To provide close follow-up of Inbound & Outbound processes, addressing operational issues.
- To manage and resolve stock discrepancies.
- To ensure customer delivery performance and returns.
- To report safety concerns in accordance with Ecolab policies.
- To require experience in Warehouses.
SAP Master Data Management
- To be responsible for material creation at warehouse level.
- To be accountable for maintaining customer logistic information.
- To create operational events on SAP.
Requirements and Preferences
- Logistics or planning background preferred.
- Microsoft Office experience, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- SAP knowledge is required.
- Engineering or Economics degree preferred.
- Spanish driver's license (B).
