Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Expert to join our team. As a Sales Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to our clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships within accounts to maintain long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity
  • Research new sales opportunities within existing portfolios of accounts
  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals
  • Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
  • Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Native/fluent in German, both oral and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Previous experience in B2B sales environment
  • Prior experience working in a channel environment
  • Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving targets set
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to emphasize and persuade
  • Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
  • Resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
  • Sales-oriented mindset
