The Role
We are seeking Business Development Representatives to join our growing team. As a Business Development Representative, your main focus will be to identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities in new accounts for 1-3 Account Executives in specific territories. You will be responsible for prospecting into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies, driving sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives, maintaining and organizing an annual book of business, and being a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You will also be responsible for producing creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to book sales appointments and influence company revenue.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a BA/BS from a top university or equivalent, experience in business development, sales, or a related field, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. You will also need to be able to take initiative, be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and be a self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed. Fluency in Finnish and/or Swedish is a plus, ideally with prior experience in the respective market.
