We are seeking highly skilled engineers to join our Testing Services team at Westinghouse Electric Company LLC. as Valve Testing Engineers.

As a Valve Testing Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop both technical and project management skills, performing and leading testing and maintenance activities in various industrial and nuclear facilities.

Our Testing Services organization covers a wide range of technical areas of expertise, including electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation fields, related to plant components and systems testing and maintenance. We also develop, maintain, and calibrate testing equipment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Perform and supervise maintenance and inspection/testing activities in industrial and nuclear facilities.
  • Develop and write technical reports, procedures, quality documentation, and maintenance manuals.
  • Analyze test results, perform calculations, and make improvement proposals.
  • Prepare technical tenders and manage testing equipment.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and contribute to the continuous improvement process.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, instrumentation, or a related field.
  • Availability to travel to industrial and nuclear facilities for outage projects.
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills (min B2 level).
  • Strong technical interest, predisposition for multi-tasking, flexibility, and teamwork abilities.
