- 5+ years of working experience in market or business development
- Proven career experience in B2B marketing
- Ability to approach complex issues with integrated thinking and fact-based analysis and effectively communicate recommendations
- Skilled in written and verbal communication, influencing, leading multiple projects, and working in a matrix organization
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in developing strategies for entering new markets or new customer segments and assessing the potential for growth
- Strong project management background
- Experience in working in a complex matrix organization and demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and geographies
- Education or working experience in vitro diagnostics and/or healthcare
