About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact in the clinical diagnostic market while collaborating with a world-class team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Market Development: Analyze market trends, opportunities, and competitive challenges to inform the market development strategy.
  • Develop Proposals: Create and lead cross-functional projects for market growth and increased market share.
  • Lead Partner Marketing: Create and execute strategic marketing plans to increase customer engagement and expand market presence.
  • Facilitate Product Positioning: Develop product positioning and value proposition to differentiate offerings and meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Regional Teams: Work closely with regional teams to develop and implement distributor marketing and training strategies, programs, and tools.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of working experience in market or business development
  • Proven career experience in B2B marketing
  • Ability to approach complex issues with integrated thinking and fact-based analysis and effectively communicate recommendations
  • Skilled in written and verbal communication, influencing, leading multiple projects, and working in a matrix organization
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in developing strategies for entering new markets or new customer segments and assessing the potential for growth
  • Strong project management background
  • Experience in working in a complex matrix organization and demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and geographies
  • Education or working experience in vitro diagnostics and/or healthcare
