Job Summary
At ICON, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Outcomes Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Outcomes group, you will be responsible for conducting literature reviews, analyzing data, and providing insights to support our clients' research needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication and delivery of high-quality results.
- Qualify client needs and develop proposals to meet their research requirements, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct literature reviews, including searching and analyzing relevant studies, and prepare high-quality deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research methods and trends in the pharma/biotech/medical device industry, applying this knowledge to drive project success.
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to lead meetings and discussions on project-related topics, ensuring clear communication and effective project management.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project results, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Perform other duties and tasks as allocated by the Company, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- PhD in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' professional experience in an academic or industry environment, with a strong understanding of scientific research methods and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
