About the Role

This position is with Hogarth, a global content experience company and a member of Mygwork, the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. As a Trainee Producer/Print Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic and creative work environment with great growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Production Studio Department in the Digital Artwork area
  • Contribute ideas to the team and assist in the development of graphic and web concepts
  • Receive briefs from the accounts team and assist in the construction of the production brief
  • Search for suppliers tailored to the project's needs and manage the project's requirements
  • Learn to audit the work done based on the demands and adjustments provided by the accounts and creative team
Requirements
  • Knowledge and good management of Photoshop and Premiere
  • Creative and Audiovisual Sensitivity (knowledge of visual architecture, design, etc.)
  • Budgeting knowledge
  • Ability to create a brief
  • Global management of a production
  • Internal workflow in the agency with different teams (creative, accounts, social, etc.)
  • Contacting suppliers
  • Understanding the business of production companies
  • Strong eye for detail, perfectionist attitude
  • Ability to prioritize workflow, with an ability to work under pressure towards multiple deadlines
  • Highly organized & able to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and confidently
  • Problem solving mentality
  • High level of English essential
