We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Producer to join our team at Hogarth, a global content experience company and part of Wpp Group. As a Trainee Producer, you will be responsible for learning the entire audiovisual production process, from pre-production to production and post-production.
Key Responsibilities- Learn and Assist: Learn the entire audiovisual production process, from pre-production to production and post-production, and assist in the construction of the production brief.
- Research and Manage: Search for suppliers tailored to the project's needs and manage the project's requirements, including reviewing budgets, timelines, and involved profiles.
- Assist in Production: Assist in the supervision of production on set and oversee the editing, assembly, and post-production of the production.
- Audit and Review: Learn to audit the work done based on the demands and adjustments provided by the accounts and creative team.
- Degree in Communications: Degree in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Audiovisual, or similar.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge and good management of Photoshop and Premiere.
- Creative and Audiovisual Sensitivity: Creative and Audiovisual Sensitivity (knowledge of visual architecture, design, etc.).
- Budgeting Knowledge: Budgeting knowledge.
- Global Management: Global management of a production.
- Internal Workflow: Internal workflow in the agency with different teams (creative, accounts, social, etc.).
- Contacting Suppliers: Contacting suppliers.
- Understanding Production Companies: Understanding the business of production companies.
- Advertising Law: Learning about advertising law.
- Dynamic Work Environment: Dynamic and creative work environment.
- International Company: International company with great growth potential.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: On-site practices with possibility of telecommuting.
- Access to Training: Access to training.
- Part-time Schedule: 25 hours per week (5 hours daily between 9:00 and 18:00).
