Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales Excellence Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams by managing various operational aspects, implementing strategies, and providing analytical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, marketing, and other departments to enhance processes and achieve sales objectives.
  • Oversee our Nordics and UK & Ireland region, ensuring seamless operations and high-performing sales teams.
  • Travel to local stakeholders on a regular basis (approximately 5-6 times per year).
  • Develop and implement sales process improvements to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and generate insightful reports to inform sales strategies and outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales operations or a related role for at least 5 years, preferably in the HR services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, forecasting, and reporting, flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic, and international work environment.
