OEM Vehicle Support Specialist:
This role involves providing exceptional customer support to vehicle owners, addressing and resolving requests related to their vehicles. The successful candidate will represent the OEM in interactions with customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of requests while maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Driver Inquiries: Ensure the identification and understanding of driver requests.
- Identify Root Causes: Address the root causes of assistance requests.
- Input Customer Data: Input relevant customer data into the case management system.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive and negotiation-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication skills across a variety of channels.
- Conflict resolution skills, with a team-oriented approach to resolving disagreements positively.
Compensation Package:
- Salary: €22,000 - €24,000 gross per year in 14 payments.
- Flexible Compensation (medical insurance, transportation card, meal card, training).
- Remote work policy of up to 50% of the monthly working days.
