About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gucci Client Advisor to join our team at Luxury Goods Spain, S.L. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers with a high level of product knowledge and sales skills
- Provide personalized service to meet the needs of our discerning customers
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product launches
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about new products and services
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a high level of store appearance
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong product knowledge and sales skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Fluency in Spanish and English
