Requirements:

Located in Spain: You must currently be based in Spain and have the legal right to work there. This is a remote role, but it is essential that you are located within Spain for this position.
Technical Expertise: A solid background in technical support is required. You should have experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, particularly with software, hardware, or electronic products.
Customer Support Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a must. You'll need to have the ability to manage customer expectations and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
